Every diamond purchase includes a grading report from recognized laboratories such as GIA, IGI, or HRD, along with a certificate of authenticity from The Diamond Store.

What is your return policy for engagement rings?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all standard items. Please note that custom-designed or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Do you offer resizing services?

We provide one complimentary resizing for most rings within 60 days of purchase. Some eternity bands and intricate settings may not be resizable.

How is my jewelry shipped?

All orders are shipped via discreet, fully insured overnight couriers. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your items arrive safely.

Do you offer a lifetime warranty?

Yes, we provide a lifetime manufacturing warranty that covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
